DESCRIPTION:»Pure brass band music« has been created as a project of the sociocultural centre Bij' De Wieze Gasten (At the Filthy Guests) in the Belgian town of Gent. Their music comes from all directions, corners and cracks. They play their own compositions, but in the most diverse and interesting forms. This gang is led by an incredibly active conductor, an animator who won't be still for two seconds. The group also consists of dancers, jugglers, acrobats and clowns, who perform all simultaneously. Everything jumps, kicks, rolls, writhes, throws itself around, swings and dances. The crowds of spectators are also drawn into this merrymaking, as they suddenly find themselves in the midst of a jubilant dance carnival. They thus turn into participants. This is a first-rate event that often involves local artists, dancers and musicians, who introduce additional freshness and uniqueness into the performance.\n\n60 min.
