Friday and Saturday menu were prepared by three gourmet masters. Janez Bratovž from JB restaurant in Ljubljana won over the visitors with tuna roll in diakon with ginger and cheese burek with yoghurt, cucumbers and onion.
Tomaž Bolka from Krištof restaurant attracted people by offering Kranjska sausage with horseradish. Jure Tomič from Debeluh restaurant feed the visitors with smoked trout with pear and smoked cheese espumo.
All three chefs set high standards for the following SladoLent events. Come and taste for yourselves.
